We need to feel in order to heal. We need to heal in order to deal it. And it is our responsibility to help uplift ourselves and then all those around us. The world needs us more than ever.
Join us at the Japanese Zen Garden in Holland Park on April 2nd at 10:00 for our Spring Healing Meditation Circle. We will meet at the waterfall and then be meditating in the green open space directly south of the garden. Looking forward to seeing you there!
